Processing & Shipping

Most items in MEC Shop are made on demand. Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for processing before your order ships.

I use this time to make sure each item is produced carefully and meets the quality I want before it begins its journey to you.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items require a little more time.

Their usual processing time is approximately 4–5 weeks, although in some cases it may take 5–6 weeks.

I know that can feel like a long wait, but these items are produced specifically for each release, and I want to make sure they are made with the care they deserve.

Ordering Ready-to-Ship and Pre-order Items Together

Ready-to-ship items and pre-order items are processed separately because their production times and packaging requirements are different.

For this reason, they may arrive in separate shipments.

You will still pay the same shipping cost whether you order them separately or together.

EU Shipping

I’m currently unable to ship orders to the European Union, including Spain.

I know this is frustrating, especially for fellow explorers based in Europe. I’ll update the shop as soon as EU shipping becomes available again.
